The Premio RCO-6000-RPL series is a family of rugged industrial PCs for LGA1700 Intel Core Series 2 and 12th to 14th Gen processors, with a fanless CPU section, dual 2.5GbE with TSN, eight USB 3.2 Gen 2 ports, six COM ports, isolated DIO, a 9 to 48 V DC input and optional EDGEBoost Nodes for NVIDIA RTX GPUs or hot-swap NVMe storage. The RCO-6000-RPL series suits in-vehicle, machine vision, factory automation and edge AI deployments.
- EDGEBoost Node Options: Nodes below the CPU section add PCIe Gen4 GPU slots, hot-swap SATA or U.2 NVMe bays, or both.
- Core Series 2 to 12th Gen: An LGA1700 socket on the R680E chipset takes 35 W to 65 W processors with up to 96 GB DDR5 ECC memory.
- Fanless CPU Section: An extruded aluminium enclosure cools the processor with no fan, and node fans are hot-swappable from the rear.
- Field-Ready I/O: Dual 2.5GbE with TSN, eight USB 3.2 Gen 2, six RS-232/422/485 ports, two CAN headers and isolated DIO.
- 9 to 48 V DC with Ignition: Wide-range DC input with ignition management, a PC/Car mode switch and MIL-STD-810H shock and vibration design.

RCO-6000-RPL Description
Edge projects rarely stop at one configuration. One site wants a slim fanless computer, the next needs a GPU for inference, and a third records video to drives that must leave the vehicle at the end of a shift. The Premio RCO-6000-RPL series handles all three with one rugged industrial PC and a choice of EDGEBoost Nodes that bolt beneath it. Designed by C&T Solution, which became Premio Taiwan in January 2026, the RCO-6000-RPL succeeds the RCO-6000-ADL in the same chassis, now with 12th to 14th Gen and Core Series 2 processors.
Every RCO-6000-RPL model shares the same CPU section. An LGA1700 socket on the Intel R680E chipset takes processors from 35 W up to 65 W, with up to 96 GB of DDR5 ECC or non-ECC memory and TPM 2.0. The I/O is built for field wiring, with two TSN-capable Intel I226 2.5GbE ports, eight USB 3.2 Gen 2 ports, triple display, six RS-232/422/485 ports, two CAN headers and isolated DIO. Two EDGEBoost I/O brackets take optional 10GbE, PoE, USB or 5G modules, and the node below adds GPU slots, drive bays or both.
The RCO-6000-RPL is the base unit with no node. The RCO-6000-RPL-2E16 and RCO-6000-RPL-2E8 add a fanless node with a PCIe x16 Gen4 slot or two eight-lane Gen4 slots. Storage nodes pair those slots with four hot-swap SATA bays (RCO-6000-RPL-2E16-4B7M, RCO-6000-RPL-2E8-4B7M), two SATA bays for thicker drives (RCO-6000-RPL-2E16-2B15M, RCO-6000-RPL-2E8-2B15M) or two U.2 NVMe bays (RCO-6000-RPL-2E16-2N15M, RCO-6000-RPL-2E8-2N15M). The RCO-6000-RPL-2E16-2PWR and RCO-6000-RPL-2E8-2PWR add a separate GPU power input. The RCO-6000-RPL-2N and RCO-6000-RPL-4N combine a removable U.2 NVMe canister with a GPU slot, and the RCO-6000-RPL-4NH-1E takes an optional Broadcom hardware RAID card. The RCO-6000-RPL-4NH, RCO-6000-RPL-4NS and RCO-6000-RPL-8NS are storage builds with four or eight hot-swap U.2 NVMe bays.
In practice the RCO-6000-RPL series suits in-vehicle computing, machine vision, factory automation and edge AI inference. Power runs from 9 to 48 V DC with ignition management and a PC/Car mode switch, and every model is designed to comply with MIL-STD-810H for shock and vibration, with UL 62368-1 (cULus), CE, FCC Class A and UKCA marks. The base unit and the PCIe and SATA or U.2 storage node builds run from -25 °C to 70 °C with 35 W or 45 W processors, the GPU power and NVMe storage builds to 60 °C, and the U.2 canister GPU builds to 45 °C with a GPU fitted. In many projects these rugged industrial PCs let one software image and one set of field wiring cover every site.
