FCCRCO-6000-ADL-D10G Overview
High-resolution line-scan and area cameras can saturate 2.5GbE quickly, and so can moving recorded data to a server. The RCO-6000-ADL-D10G is the Intel Core i9-12900E rugged industrial computer with 2x 10GbE LAN in the Premio RCO-6000-ADL series, adding the bandwidth those jobs need.
Under the RCO-6000-ADL-D10G sits an LGA1700 socket on the Intel R680E chipset, which takes 12th and 13th Gen Intel Core processors at 35 W or 65 W, from Core i3 to Core i9-13900E, plus Pentium G7400E and Celeron G6900E. Two DDR5 SODIMM sockets hold up to 64 GB at up to 5600 MHz with ECC support, and Intel UHD Graphics drives DVI-I plus two DisplayPort outputs for three screens. The RCO-6000-ADL-D10G title names the Core i9-12900E, a 16-core 65 W part; Premio rates 65 W builds to 60 °C and specifies an external fan kit for Core i9.
One EDGEBoost I/O bracket on the RCO-6000-ADL-D10G carries a two-port RJ45 10GbE module on the Intel X710 controller, alongside the two onboard 2.5GbE ports, with the second bracket free. The rest of the I/O is common to the range: two Intel I226 2.5GbE ports with TSN, six RS-232/422/485 ports, 8 in/8 out isolated DIO, two CAN 2.0 A/B headers, eight USB 3.2 Gen 2 ports and two 2.5 inch bays, one removable, with RAID 0 and 1.
Power comes in at 9 to 48 V DC on a 5-pin terminal block with ignition management, a PC/Car mode switch and protection against over-voltage, over-current and reverse polarity. Premio rates the RCO-6000-ADL-D10G fanless from -25 °C to 70 °C with 35 W processors or -25 °C to 60 °C at 65 W, and lists CE and FCC Class A. For more GbE ports instead, the RCO-6000-ADL-8L offers ten in total, and the RCO-6000-ADL leaves both brackets open.
