Premio VIO-W224C-PC100-EHL 23.8″ PCAP Touch Industrial Panel PC with Intel Celeron J6413 and IP65 Front

Machine HMI operators expect a screen that answers a light fingertip, and the computer behind it has to sit in a cabinet door with no fan pulling in dust. The VIO-W224C-PC100-EHL is the projected capacitive touch configuration in the Premio VIO-W224-PC100-EHL series: a 23.8 inch fanless industrial panel PC on the Intel Celeron J6413 with an IP65 die-cast aluminium front.

The quad-core Celeron J6413 runs at up to 3.0 GHz with one DDR4 SO-DIMM socket for up to 32 GB, and supports Windows 10, Windows 11 and Linux. A removable 2.5 inch SATA bay, an mSATA socket and two M.2 sockets let the OS and logged data sit on separate drives. The 23.8 inch Full HD LCD at 1920 x 1080 runs at 350 nits with 1000:1 contrast; a screen this size suits overview, dashboard and line status pages read from a few metres away. Projected capacitive touch gives quick, light response for operators working bare-handed.

One GbE port on Intel I210 and one 2.5 GbE port on Intel I225 can keep machine and plant networks apart. Six RS-232/422/485 ports, eight isolated digital inputs and outputs, two internal CAN headers and four USB ports connect controllers and sensors directly, and DisplayPort 1.2 drives a second screen, with HDMI as an option. A full-size Mini PCIe socket and two external SIM sockets leave room for wireless modules. The VIO-W224R-PC100-EHL is the same build with 5-wire resistive touch, and the VIO-W224C-PC100-EHL-1E adds a PCIe x4 slot and a Universal I/O Bracket.

Power is 9 to 36 V DC on a protected 3-pin terminal block. The VIO-W224C-PC100-EHL is fanless, operates from -10 °C to 50 °C and carries CE and FCC Class A marks. It measures 588 x 360 x 71.8 mm, weighs 9.82 kg and needs a 580 x 352 mm cut-out in walls up to 11 mm thick, mounting with the supplied panel mount kit or 75 x 75 and 100 x 100 mm VESA, with an optional DIN-rail kit.
