Sintrones IBOX-601-TVI8 NVIDIA Jetson Orin Industrial AI PCs with Analog TVI Camera Inputs

Replacing a working analogue CCTV system just to add analytics means new cameras, new cabling and a new recorder, and on a vehicle fleet that cost multiplies by every bus or truck. The Sintrones IBOX-601-TVI8 series takes a different route: these industrial AI PCs accept eight TVI/AHD cameras directly on BNC connectors and run NVIDIA Jetson Orin inference on the footage, so the cameras and coax stay where they are.

Each model pairs a 1,024-core CUDA GPU with an Arm Cortex-A78AE CPU, running NVIDIA JetPack 6.2 or later with Jetson Linux and the NVIDIA development tools. The camera inputs accept 720p and 1080p analogue sources at 25 or 30 frames per second, and a two-pin terminal block supplies 12 V DC at 1 A for camera power. One Intel I226-IT 2.5GbE port and one GbE port connect to the wider network, while CAN FD, an RS-232/422/485 port and four digital inputs and outputs tie the unit to vehicle and site equipment. Storage is an M.2 2280 NVMe SSD, with M.2 slots for 4G or 5G and Wi-Fi and a Mini PCIe socket for GNSS.

Two versions differ by Jetson module. The IBOX-601-TVI8-ONX16 carries the Jetson Orin NX 16GB with an 8-core CPU and 16 GB of LPDDR5 for heavier models across all eight streams, rated from -25 °C to 63 °C at 40 W. The IBOX-601-TVI8-ON8 carries the Jetson Orin Nano 8GB with a 6-core CPU and 8 GB of LPDDR5 for lighter detection work, rated from -25 °C to 70 °C at 25 W.

Both versions take 9 to 60 V DC on a three-pin terminal block with ignition detection, smart power management and an optional battery backup unit for 5 to 10 minutes, so the IBOX-601-TVI8 series shuts down cleanly when a vehicle is switched off. The fanless aluminium enclosure measures 244 x 135 x 69 mm and weighs 1.8 kg, with all connectors on the front for easier installation. The IBOX-601-TVI8 series is tested to MIL-STD-810H for shock and vibration and carries E-Mark, UKCA, CE and FCC Class A compliance, which suits these Sintrones industrial AI PCs to buses, fleet vehicles, depots and car parks with analogue cameras already fitted.
