Neousys IBOX-601-TVI8-ONX16 NVIDIA Jetson Orin NX 16GB Industrial AI PC with Analog TVI Camera Inputs

Plenty of buses, depots and car parks already run analogue CCTV that works well enough to keep, but cannot tell anyone what it is seeing. The Sintrones IBOX-601-TVI8-ONX16 is the Jetson Orin NX 16GB industrial AI PC in the IBOX-601-TVI8 series, taking eight TVI/AHD cameras on BNC and running AI on their footage without replacing the cameras or the coax.

The NVIDIA Jetson Orin NX 16GB pairs a 1,024-core CUDA GPU with an 8-core Arm Cortex-A78AE CPU and 16 GB of LPDDR5, which gives the IBOX-601-TVI8-ONX16 headroom for detection and tracking across all eight streams at once. It runs NVIDIA JetPack 6.2 or later, with Jetson Linux and the NVIDIA development tools, with a Platform Security Controller and Security Engine for hardware security.

Eight TVI/AHD inputs on BNC connectors accept 720p and 1080p analogue cameras at 25 or 30 frames per second, and a two-pin terminal block supplies 12 V DC at 1 A for camera power or a peripheral. Networking is one Intel I226-IT 2.5GbE port and one GbE port on RJ45, alongside one CAN FD port, one RS-232/422/485 port, four digital inputs and four outputs, two USB 3.2 ports and one HDMI output. An M.2 Key B slot takes a 4G or 5G module with SIM, an M.2 Key E slot takes Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, a full-size Mini PCIe socket takes GNSS, and an M.2 2280 NVMe SSD holds the OS and footage.

Power is 9 to 60 V DC on a three-pin terminal block with ignition detection, smart power management and over-current, over-voltage, surge and reverse-polarity protection, and an optional battery backup unit covers 5 to 10 minutes. The fanless aluminium enclosure measures 244 x 135 x 69 mm, is tested to MIL-STD-810H for shock and vibration and carries E-Mark, UKCA, CE and FCC Class A compliance. The Orin NX 16GB build runs at 40 W from -25 °C to 63 °C with 0.6 m/s airflow. For lighter models or a tighter budget, the IBOX-601-TVI8-ON8 offers the same camera inputs with a Jetson Orin Nano 8GB.
