GMSL-2 cameras are common on vehicles and robots because they carry low-latency video over long cable runs. The Sintrones IBOX-650P-IP66-01-JAO32 brings that capture into a sealed enclosure: a member of the IBOX-650P-IP66 series that pairs the NVIDIA Jetson AGX Orin 32GB module with four GMSL-2 inputs in an IP66 outdoor PC.
The Jetson AGX Orin 32GB combines 1792 CUDA cores, an 8-core Arm Cortex-A78AE CPU and 32 GB of LPDDR5, which suits perception on up to four cameras with moderate model sizes. The VDB-101 camera board feeds four FAKRA-Z connectors, and Sintrones lists support for cameras from oToBrite, e-con Systems and StereoLabs, though BSP versions can vary by camera. The IBOX-650P-IP66-01-JAO64 offers the same camera set with the 64GB module.
Beside the cameras, the IBOX-650P-IP66-01-JAO32 has one 10GbE and two 2.5GbE ports on X-coded M12 connectors, with IEEE 802.3at PoE+ at up to 30 W on the 2.5GbE pair for IP cameras or LiDAR. Two CAN FD ports on M8 connect to vehicle buses, an M12 port handles RS-232/422/485, and two USB 3.2 ports and HDMI sit on IP67 connectors. Storage is the 64 GB eMMC with the BSP pre-installed plus an M.2 2280 NVMe slot, and M.2 Key B with Nano SIM, M.2 Key E and mPCIe slots take WWAN, Wi-Fi and GNSS modules.
Sealed to IP66 and cooled passively, the outdoor PC runs from -25 °C to 70 °C and is tested to MIL-STD-810H for vibration and shock. Sintrones lists E-Mark, ECE R118, EN 50155 and EN 45545-2 (R25), and the 9 to 60 V DC M12 input adds ignition detection with surge and reverse-polarity protection. The IBOX-650P-IP66-01-JAO32 suits camera-led work on rail vehicles, robots and outdoor sites.
