Sintrones IBOX-650P-IP66-01-JAO64 NVIDIA Jetson AGX Orin 64GB IP66 Outdoor PC with GMSL-2 Camera Inputs

Multi-camera perception on a vehicle roof, a robot or a trackside pole normally means building a sealed enclosure around the computer. The Sintrones IBOX-650P-IP66-01-JAO64 avoids that step. In the IBOX-650P-IP66 series it is the outdoor PC that combines the NVIDIA Jetson AGX Orin 64GB module with four GMSL-2 camera inputs, sealed to IP66.

The 64GB module has 2048 CUDA cores, a 12-core Arm Cortex-A78AE CPU and 64 GB of LPDDR5, rated by Sintrones at up to 275 TOPS, which leaves room for larger models across all four cameras. The VDB-101 board brings four GMSL-2 inputs out on FAKRA-Z connectors, with oToBrite, e-con Systems and StereoLabs cameras on the supported list. For networked cameras only, the IBOX-650P-IP66-JAO64-LE keeps the 64GB module without the camera board.

Network links on the IBOX-650P-IP66-01-JAO64 use X-coded M12 connectors: one 10GbE port for backhaul and two 2.5GbE ports with IEEE 802.3at PoE+ at up to 30 W each. Two CAN FD ports on M8, an M12 RS-232/422/485 port and two IP67 USB 3.2 ports cover vehicle data and sensors, with IP67 HDMI for a local display. The module’s 64 GB eMMC holds the BSP, an M.2 2280 NVMe slot adds recording space, and M.2 Key B with Nano SIM, M.2 Key E and mPCIe slots take WWAN, Wi-Fi and GNSS modules.

The outdoor PC runs fanless from -25 °C to 70 °C, weighs 5.1 kg and wall-mounts in a 300 x 190 x 77.5 mm aluminium enclosure. It is tested to MIL-STD-810H for vibration and shock, and the listed standards include E-Mark, ECE R118, EN 50155 and EN 45545-2 (R25). Power is 9 to 60 V DC with ignition detection, plus an optional backup battery. The IBOX-650P-IP66-01-JAO64 suits rail, defence robotics and outdoor vision deployments.
