Sintrones IBOX-650P-IP66-JAO64-LE NVIDIA Jetson AGX Orin 64GB IP66 Outdoor PC with 10GbE and PoE

On sites where IP cameras already stream over the network, the limit is usually how many streams and how large a model one computer can handle. The Sintrones IBOX-650P-IP66-JAO64-LE answers that within the IBOX-650P-IP66 series: an IP66 outdoor PC with the NVIDIA Jetson AGX Orin 64GB module and network camera inputs, without the GMSL-2 camera board.

The Jetson AGX Orin 64GB is the larger module in the range, with 2048 CUDA cores, a 12-core Arm Cortex-A78AE CPU and 64 GB of LPDDR5, rated by Sintrones at up to 275 TOPS. That headroom suits larger detection models, several concurrent networks or more camera streams on one computer. The BSP ships on the 64 GB eMMC with JetPack 6.2 or above. For direct GMSL-2 capture at the same memory size, the IBOX-650P-IP66-01-JAO64 adds four FAKRA-Z camera inputs.

The IBOX-650P-IP66-JAO64-LE brings video in over three X-coded M12 ports: one Marvell 10GbE port for a backbone or local server link, and two Intel 2.5GbE ports with IEEE 802.3at PoE+ at up to 30 W each for cameras or LiDAR. Two CAN FD ports on M8 and an M12 RS-232/422/485 port connect vehicle and plant equipment, while two USB 3.2 ports and HDMI use IP67 connectors. An M.2 2280 NVMe slot holds recordings, and M.2 Key B with Nano SIM, M.2 Key E and full-size mPCIe slots take WWAN, Wi-Fi and GNSS modules.

The outdoor PC is fanless and rated from -25 °C to 70 °C, in a 5.1 kg aluminium enclosure sealed to IP66 and measuring 300 x 190 x 77.5 mm for wall mounting. Vibration and shock are tested to MIL-STD-810H, and the listed standards include E-Mark, ECE R118, EN 50155 and EN 45545-2 (R25). A 9 to 60 V DC input with ignition detection and an optional backup battery suit vehicle and remote supplies. The IBOX-650P-IP66-JAO64-LE fits rail, roadside and outdoor security installs with heavy network video loads.
