Vecow ECX-4071 Intel Core Ultra Fanless AI Computer with Dual 10GbE SFP+, 5x 2.5GbE and 4x PoE+

Ports, logistics yards and large inspection halls often run fibre back to a control room, and a copper Gigabit uplink soon becomes the limit when several cameras share it. The ECX-4071 answers that with two 10GbE SFP+ ports alongside five 2.5GbE ports, four of them PoE+. It is the 10GbE fanless AI computer with internal storage in the Vecow ECX-4000 series.

Inside the ECX-4071, Vecow uses Intel Core Ultra 200S processors (Arrow Lake-S) on the W880 chipset, from the 14-core Core Ultra 5 245 to the 24-core Core Ultra 9 285 in 65 W or 35 W versions. The integrated NPU and Xe LPG graphics deliver up to 36 TOPS, which suits OpenVINO inference for detection, classification and anomaly checks without a separate accelerator. Two DDR5 6400 MHz CSODIMM slots take up to 96 GB, with ECC as an option, and Intel vPro, TSN, TCC and TPM 2.0 support remote management, deterministic networking and hardware-based security.

Networking on the ECX-4071 is 2x 10GbE SFP+ on an Intel X710-BM2, five 2.5GbE ports with four PoE+ rated to 25.5 W each under IEEE 802.3at, and one GbE port with iAMT. Storage stays inside the unit on two SATA III ports with software RAID 0 or 1 and an M.2 Key M PCIe x4 slot. Six USB 3.2 Gen 2 ports, four RS-232/422/485 COM ports, 16 isolated DIO, two DisplayPort, HDMI 2.0 and DVI-I outputs, two M.2 Key B sockets and an M.2 Key E socket with two SIM slots for 5G, 4G or Wi-Fi complete the I/O.

The fanless 260 x 175 x 79 mm chassis is rated -40 °C to 55 °C for the ECX-4071 series, runs on redundant 9-50 V DC inputs with 16-mode software ignition control, and carries EN 50155 and EN 50121-3-2 EMC listings. Wall mounting is standard, with DIN rail and 2U rack kits as options. Where footage needs to leave site on removable drives, the ECX-4071R adds two front-access SSD trays to the same networking.
