Vecow HPS-1000-4G AMD Ryzen Pro 5000 Embedded Industrial PC with Triple Display

Machine and robot controllers usually keep their storage inside, where it is safe from tampering and dust, and spend their front panel on displays and I/O. The HPS-1000-4G does that with two internal 2.5″ brackets and three DisplayPort outputs. It is the fixed-storage embedded industrial PC in the Vecow HPS-1000 series, built on AMD Ryzen Pro 5000.

The HPS-1000-4G takes AMD Ryzen Pro 5000 Cezanne processors: the 8-core Ryzen 7 Pro 5750G at 65 W or 5750GE at 35 W, or the 6-core Ryzen Pro 5650G or 5650GE. Two DDR4 3200 MHz SO-DIMMs take up to 64 GB, with ECC as an option for long-running control software. AMD Radeon Graphics drives three DisplayPort outputs at up to 1920 x 1080, and Windows 10 and Linux are supported with TPM 2.0.

Networking on the HPS-1000-4G is four ports: two Intel I210 GbE ports with IEEE 802.3at PoE+ at 25.5 W, one Intel I210 GbE port and one Intel I225-IT 2.5GbE port. Storage is two internal 2.5″ SSD or HDD brackets on SATA III with software RAID 0 or 1, plus an M.2 Key M PCIe x4 socket and a push-in CFast socket. Four COM ports, 16 isolated DIO and six USB ports, three of them USB 3.2 Gen 2, handle field devices, while M.2 Key B and Key E sockets and an external SIM socket take 5G, 4G or Wi-Fi.

The fanless industrial PC runs on 9 V to 50 V DC through a terminal block, with 16-mode software ignition control and a remote switch. Vecow rates it from -40 °C to 60 °C, with MIL-STD-810G shock and vibration testing and EN 50155 and EN 50121-3-2 EMC listings.
