Vecow VCM-1000 Intel 13th Gen Core i9 Compact Embedded Computers

Plenty of edge jobs need a current Intel Core processor but not a large chassis, wide-range power or a stack of expansion slots. The Vecow VCM-1000 series is aimed at those jobs: compact embedded computers with 12th or 13th Gen Intel Core, a 200 x 200 mm footprint and a 24 V DC input that matches most control cabinets. That makes the series a practical fit beside a PLC, a line-side screen or a kiosk display, where space is tight and the I/O list is short and predictable.

Every VCM-1000 shares the same core. The Intel H610E chipset takes Core i9, i7, i5 and i3 processors up to the 24-core Core i9-13900E at 65 W, with two DDR5 4800 MHz SO-DIMMs for up to 64 GB. Intel UHD Graphics 770 drives VGA and DVI-D outputs at up to 1920 x 1200, and two COM ports, M.2 Key B and Key E sockets, an internal SIM socket and an M.2 Key M slot for the boot drive come as standard. Intel TCC, TPM 2.0 and 16-mode software ignition control round out the design.

The range splits by cooling and I/O. The VCM-1000 is the fanless 55 mm model with two GbE ports, ten USB ports and one internal SSD bracket, rated from -25 °C to 60 °C with 35 W processors. The VCM-1000F keeps that layout and adds an internal fan, extending the rating to 75 °C and giving 65 W Core i9 parts more room. The VCM-1100F grows to 67 mm and adds four GbE PoE+ ports on an Intel I350, eight USB 3.2 ports, 28 isolated DIO and a second SSD bracket, keeping the fan for headroom.

VCM-1000 compact embedded computers typically serve digital factory lines, mobile robots, kiosks and public security systems. Each model wall-mounts as standard, with VESA and DIN-rail kits optional, and carries IEC 60068 shock and vibration testing with CE and FCC approvals. Windows 11, Windows 10 and Linux are supported, so the same software image can run across all three builds as a project moves from a quiet office kiosk to a warm cabinet on the line.
