Vecow TGS-1000-135H Intel Meteor Lake Core Ultra 5 135H Embedded Industrial PC with Triple 4K Display, 2.5GbE TSN and Dual NVMe

Digital signage and kiosk projects usually need several screens, a solid network link and a way to add serial or USB devices later. The Vecow TGS-1000-135H covers that as the Core Ultra 5 base unit of the TGS-1000 series, with three 4K-capable outputs and stackable I/O.

The Intel Core Ultra 5 135H is a Meteor Lake-H processor with 14 cores, built-in Intel Arc graphics and an Intel AI Boost NPU, which can take on OpenVINO inference without a separate accelerator. Two DDR5 5600 SO-DIMM sockets take up to 96 GB, so the TGS-1000-135H has room for content players, analytics and management tools on Windows 11 or Linux.

Networking is a single Intel I226 2.5GbE port with TSN support. Displays run from two HDMI 2.1 outputs at up to 4096 x 2304 at 60 Hz and DisplayPort 1.4 through the USB-C port. USB covers two USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A, two USB 2.0 and one USB 3.2 Gen 2×2 Type-C, with mic-in and line-out audio. Storage is two M.2 M key sockets on PCIe 4.0 x4, one 2280 and one 2242, and an M.2 E key socket takes an optional Wi-Fi and Bluetooth module. The base unit has no SIM slot, so 4G is added through the optional TGS-107 module.

Power is 12 to 24 V DC on a three-pin terminal block. The TGS-1000-135H is fan-cooled and rated from 0 °C to 55 °C with airflow, with shock and vibration tested to IEC 61373. Vecow lists CE, FCC and ICES marks and EN 50155 and EN 50121-3-2 compliance. Up to four optional TGS-101 to TGS-107 layers add GPIO, isolated DIO, isolated COM, USB, LAN or 4G. We supply it configured and tested, with memory, storage and the OS image fitted. The TGS-1000-165H moves to a Core Ultra 7, and the TGS-1500-135H adds an MXM layer.
