Vecow TGS-1500-165H Intel Core Ultra 7 Embedded Industrial PC with Optional MXM GPU, Up to Five Displays and 2.5GbE TSN

Video walls, gaming cabinets and vision stations can outpace integrated graphics, especially once four or five screens are involved. The Vecow TGS-1500-165H adds an MXM layer to the Core Ultra 7 base unit of the TGS-1000 series, so an optional Type A MXM GPU can be fitted by request.

The Intel Core Ultra 7 165H is a Meteor Lake-H processor with 16 cores, built-in Intel Arc graphics and an Intel AI Boost NPU, with two DDR5 5600 SO-DIMM sockets for up to 96 GB. With an MXM GPU added, the TGS-1500-165H can share rendering and inference between the processor and discrete graphics, on Windows 11 or Linux.

Networking is a single Intel I226 2.5GbE port with TSN support. Displays run from two HDMI 2.1 outputs at up to 4096 x 2304 at 60 Hz, DisplayPort 1.4 through the USB-C port and two more DisplayPort 1.4 outputs from the MXM layer when a GPU is fitted, for up to five independent displays. USB covers two USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A, two USB 2.0 and one USB 3.2 Gen 2×2 Type-C, with mic-in and line-out audio. Storage is two M.2 M key sockets on PCIe 4.0 x4, one 2280 and one 2242, and an M.2 E key socket takes an optional Wi-Fi and Bluetooth module.

Power is 24 V DC only, on a three-pin terminal block, and Vecow recommends its 180 W adapter. The TGS-1500-165H is fan-cooled and rated from 0 °C to 45 °C with airflow, with shock and vibration tested to IEC 61373. Vecow lists CE, FCC and ICES marks and EN 50155 and EN 50121-3-2 compliance. Up to two further layers stack beyond the MXM layer. We supply it configured and tested, with memory, storage and any agreed GPU fitted. The TGS-1550-165H takes a Type B MXM GPU instead, and the TGS-1000-165H drops the MXM layer.
