ViviSign SD265M-ANDROID 26.5″ Android Square Display with 1920 x 1920 IPS LCD at 99% sRGB

Exhibits and branded displays often place a square screen where there is nowhere to hide a media player, yet the artwork still needs accurate colour. The SD265M-ANDROID covers both: it is the Android build in the ViviSign SD265M series, pairing a 26.5 inch 1920 x 1920 native square IPS panel covering 99% sRGB with an integrated Android 7.1 player.

The player uses a quad-core Cortex-A17 processor with Mali-T764 graphics, 2 GB of RAM and 8 GB of internal memory, suited to looping images, video and playlists. Content is updated from USB or through a CMS, and third-party CMS software can be installed to join an existing signage network. The panel has a 475.776 mm square active area, 16.7 million colours, 1000:1 contrast, 178° viewing angles and 300 nits behind a 25% haze anti-glare surface.

The player provides two USB 2.0 ports, a wired LAN connection and Wi-Fi, with Bluetooth available as an option, so screens can take updates over the building network without a cable to each one. Where content already comes from a separate player, the SD265M is the HDMI monitor build of the same panel, and the SD22M-ANDROID offers the Android player on a brighter 22 inch, 500 nit screen.

Power comes from an external 100 to 240 V AC, 50/60 Hz supply delivering 12 V DC, with the SD265M rated at 60 W. It operates from 0 °C to 40 °C at 10 to 80% humidity. The display measures 501.2 x 503.2 x 33.6 mm and weighs 10 kg, with an ultra narrow bezel and a mounting bracket available as an option. ViviSign names museums, exhibition halls, shopping malls and supermarkets as the intended settings.
