ViviSign SD265M 26.5″ IPS Square Display with 1920 x 1920 LCD and 99% sRGB Colour

In museums and branded retail spaces, square artwork often depends on accurate colour, and a panel with a narrow gamut or a widescreen frame lets it down. The SD265M is a 26.5 inch ViviSign Square Display with a 1920 x 1920 native square IPS panel covering 99% sRGB, and it is the HDMI monitor build in the SD265M series.

The panel is a native square LCD rather than a cut-down widescreen, with a 475.776 x 475.776 mm active area and 16.7 million colours. IPS technology and 178° viewing angles horizontally and vertically keep colour consistent for visitors viewing from the side, and the 1000:1 contrast ratio holds detail in darker images. At 300 nits with a 25% haze anti-glare surface, it is suited to galleries and indoor spaces with controlled lighting. ViviSign quotes an LED backlight life of over 50,000 hours.

As a monitor, the SD265M takes one HDMI input and has one USB port, so content comes from an external media player or PC. Where each screen should run its own content, the SD265M-ANDROID adds an integrated Android 7.1 player to the same panel. For brighter spaces, the SD22M offers 500 nits at 22 inch with the same 1920 x 1920 square format.

Power comes from an external 100 to 240 V AC, 50/60 Hz supply delivering 12 V DC, and the SD265M draws 60 W. It operates from 0 °C to 40 °C at 10 to 80% humidity. The display measures 501.2 x 503.2 x 33.6 mm and weighs 10 kg, with an ultra narrow bezel and a mounting bracket available as an option. ViviSign names museums, exhibition halls, shopping malls and supermarkets as the intended settings.
