Winmate ITMH100-AI Intel Core i5-1135G7 Edge AI Embedded Computer with 9 to 29V DC

Adding AI to an existing inspection or monitoring job often means keeping the Windows or Linux application and bolting inference alongside it. The ITMH100-AI is Winmate’s fanless edge AI box PC built that way, with an 11th Gen Intel Core i5-1135G7 for the application and an integrated Hailo-8 AI module of up to 26 TOPS for the neural network.

The Core i5-1135G7 runs at up to 4.2 GHz with Intel Iris Xe graphics, and memory sits in two DDR4-3200 SO-DIMM slots, two 4 GB modules as standard with 16 or 32 GB as options. The Hailo-8 takes the inference load, which typically suits AI-assisted inspection, counting and detection on several camera streams. Storage is two swappable 2.5″ SSDs of 256 to 512 GB that change without tools. TPM 2.0 is on board, with Windows 11 IoT Enterprise, Windows 11 Pro or Linux Ubuntu 22.04.

The ITMH100-AI has two Gigabit Ethernet ports on Intel I211-AT and I219-LM controllers, four USB 3.2 Gen 1 ports, two RS-232/422/485 ports on DB9 and an audio combo jack. DisplayPort 1.4 is standard and HDMI 2.0 is optional. Expansion is a PCIe x16 slot with x4 signal, a full-size mini PCIe slot and an M.2 E-key slot for optional Wi-Fi. Within the Winmate range the ITMH100 is the same box PC without the AI module and with an NVMe slot, and the IE32SB3-101AI is a slimmer Hailo-8 box PC with an Intel Atom x6413E.

Power is 9 to 29 V DC on a three-pin terminal block, with an AC adapter supplied. The fanless housing runs from 0 to 50 °C and mounts on VESA. It carries CE and FCC marks. We supply the ITMH100-AI configured, with the OS installed, and tested before dispatch.
