Winmate ITMH100 Intel Tiger Lake Core i5-1135G7 Embedded Box PC with 9 to 29V DC

Fanless box PCs often run out of room the moment a project needs a capture card or a fieldbus interface. The ITMH100 is Winmate’s M Series box PC that keeps a PCIe slot, with an 11th Gen Intel Core i5-1135G7, NVMe storage and swappable drive bays in a quiet, dust-resistant fanless housing.

The Core i5-1135G7 runs at up to 4.2 GHz with Intel Iris Xe graphics. Memory sits in two DDR4-3200 SO-DIMM slots, two 4 GB modules as standard with 16 or 32 GB as options, which typically leaves room for HMI, SCADA clients and data processing together. Storage is an NVMe SSD on an M.2 2280 M-key slot, 128 to 512 GB, and two optional 2.5″ SSDs of 256 to 512 GB sit in swappable bays that need no tools. TPM 2.0 is on board, with Windows 11 IoT Enterprise, Windows 11 Pro or Linux Ubuntu 22.04.

The ITMH100 has two Gigabit Ethernet ports on Intel I211-AT and I219-LM controllers, four USB 3.2 Gen 1 ports, two RS-232/422/485 ports on DB9 and an audio combo jack. DisplayPort 1.4 is standard and HDMI 2.0 is optional, and the box detects a connected display without settings. Expansion is a PCIe x16 slot with x4 signal, a full-size mini PCIe slot and an M.2 E-key slot for optional Wi-Fi. Within the Winmate range the ITMH100-6L has six Gigabit LAN ports, the ITMH100-EX is the Class I Division 2 version, and the ITMH100-AI adds an integrated Hailo-8 AI module.

Power is 9 to 29 V DC on a three-pin terminal block, with an AC adapter supplied. The fanless housing runs from 0 to 50 °C and mounts on VESA. It carries CE and FCC marks. We supply the ITMH100 configured, with the OS installed, and tested before dispatch.
