Winmate R06IE3S-PMA1 6.5″ Panel Mount Panel PC with Intel Celeron N6211 and 700 Nit VGA Screen

The R06IE3S-PMA1 is Winmate's 6.5 inch panel mount panel PC, pairing an Intel Celeron N6211 with a 640 x 480 screen at 700 nits in a fanless metal housing. It suits compact machine HMIs and control cabinet doors where there is only room for a small operator screen.

  • Intel Celeron N6211: Elkhart Lake processor at up to 3.0 GHz with one DDR4-3200 SO-DIMM to 16 GB, enough for HMI runtimes and machine data logging.
  • 700 Nit 6.5″ Display: A 640 x 480 panel at 700 nits and 600:1 contrast stays readable under bright factory lighting, with resistive touch as an option.
  • Panel Mount: Fits a 192 x 144 mm cut-out with the supplied mounting clips, or takes a 75 x 75 mm VESA mount, so the screen sits flush in a machine front.
  • Dual GbE and Serial: Two Gigabit Ethernet ports, two USB 3.2 Gen 2×1 ports and two serial ports connect PLCs, scanners and plant networks.
  • Fanless 12 V DC: Runs from 12 V DC with a 50 W adapter supplied and no fan, so there are no filters to clear in dusty cabinets.

R06IE3S-PMA1 Overview

Small machines still need an operator screen, and on a compact control panel there is rarely room for more than a few inches of display. The R06IE3S-PMA1 is Winmate’s 6.5 inch panel mount panel PC: a fanless Intel Celeron N6211 computer and a 640 x 480 screen in one metal housing that fits a 192 x 144 mm cut-out.

The Intel Celeron N6211 is an Elkhart Lake processor running at up to 3.0 GHz, with the Celeron N6210 available as an option. One DDR4-3200 SO-DIMM socket takes 4 GB as standard and 8 GB or 16 GB as options, and storage is a 128 GB M.2 2242 SSD with larger sizes and a 2.5 inch SATA bay available. TPM 2.0 is on board, and Windows 11 IoT Enterprise, Windows 10 IoT Enterprise or Ubuntu 22.04 can be supplied. The screen runs at 700 nits with 600:1 contrast, and resistive touch or plain protection glass are the two front options.

Connections sit on the underside: two Gigabit Ethernet ports on Intel controllers, two USB 3.2 Gen 2×1 ports, one RS-232/422/485 and one RS-232 port, and an optional HDMI 2.0 output for a second screen. An M.2 E-key slot takes a Wi-Fi and Bluetooth module. Where the panel has more space, the R08IE3S-PMU1 moves to an 8.4 inch 800 x 600 screen in the same panel mount style.

Power is 12 V DC on a 2.5 mm jack, with a 100 to 240 V AC adapter supplied. The R06IE3S-PMA1 is fanless, operates from 0 to 50 °C at 10 to 90% humidity, carries CE and FCC marks and measures 218 x 164 x 53.6 mm at 1.4 kg. It mounts in a panel with the supplied clips or on a 75 x 75 mm VESA mount.
