Winmate R10IAD3S-VMT2(HB) 10.4″ Vehicle Mount Panel PC with Intel Alder Lake Core i5-1235U and MIL-STD-810G

Vehicle screens face constant vibration, a supply that swings with the engine and changing daylight. The R10IAD3S-VMT2(HB) is Winmate’s 10.4 inch G-WIN vehicle mount panel PC: a fanless aluminium housing with anti-corrosion treatment, sealed to IP65 at the front, around a 12th Gen Intel Core i5-1235U, for transportation, logistics and field operations.

The Core i5-1235U is a 10-core, 12-thread Alder Lake processor at up to 4.4 GHz with a 15 W TDP and Intel Iris Xe graphics, typically enough for HMI and SCADA clients alongside line data software. One DDR5-4800 SO-DIMM holds 8 GB as standard with options to 32 GB, and storage is a 256 GB M.2 2280 NVMe SSD with options to 2 TB, with an M.2 2230 E-Key slot for a Wi-Fi module. TPM 2.0 is on board, and Windows 11 IoT Enterprise, Windows 11 Pro or Linux Ubuntu 22.04 can be installed. The 10.4″ 1024 x 768 screen has 350 nits as standard with a 1000 nit sunlight-readable panel as an option, with 1000:1 contrast, and resistive touch or anti-reflective protection glass are options.

Power is an isolated 9 to 36 V DC input on a three-pin terminal block, with ignition on/off delay and an AC adapter as options. I/O is two 2.5GbE RJ45 ports, two USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A ports, one RS-232/422/485 and one RS-232 port, with HDMI 2.0, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth as options. The R10IT3S-VMT2(HB) is the earlier build of this 10.4 inch vehicle mount PC with an 11th Gen Intel Core i5-1135G7, and the R10IAN3S-VMT2(HB) is the Intel N150 build for lighter loads.

The R10IAD3S-VMT2(HB) operates from -10 °C to 55 °C and stores from -30 °C to 70 °C. It is vibration tested to MIL-STD-810G Method 514.6 Procedure I, with optional shock testing to Method 516.6 Procedure I, and carries CE and FCC marks. It mounts on VESA or an optional yoke stand. We supply it configured, with the OS installed, and tested before dispatch.
