Winmate R10IAN3S-VMT2(HB) 10.4″ Vehicle Mount Panel PC with Intel Twin Lake N150 and MIL-STD-810G

Fleet and warehouse vehicles need a cab screen big enough for maps and job lists but small enough to leave the windscreen clear. The R10IAN3S-VMT2(HB) is Winmate’s 10.4″ vehicle mount panel PC for warehouse logistics, fleet management and forklift operations, with an Intel Processor N150 in a fanless aluminium housing with anti-corrosion treatment and a front IP65 rating.

The N150 is a low-power quad-core processor at up to 3.6 GHz, which suits dispatch, warehouse management and telematics front ends. Memory is 8 GB as standard with a 16 GB option, and storage is a 128 GB SSD with options up to 2 TB. TPM 2.0 is on board, and Windows 11 IoT Enterprise, Windows 11 Pro or Linux Ubuntu 24.04 can be installed. The 10.4 inch display shows 1024 x 768 at 500 nits, with resistive touch, protection glass and a sunlight readable high-brightness panel all available as options.

Connections include two 2.5GbE ports on Intel controllers, two USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A ports, one USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C port with DP Alt mode, one RS-232/422/485 and one RS-232 port, and an optional HDMI 2.0b output, with an M.2 2230 E-key slot for an optional Wi-Fi module. The R10IT3S-VMT2(HB) is the same 10.4 inch housing with an 11th Gen Core i5-1135G7, and the R10IAD3S-VMT2(HB) carries a 12th Gen Core i5-1235U; both run from 9 to 36 V DC.

Power is an isolated 10 to 60 V DC input on a three-pin terminal block with optional ignition on/off control; an 84 W AC adapter and a yoke mount stand are optional. The R10IAN3S-VMT2(HB) runs from -10 °C to 55 °C, is vibration tested to MIL-STD-810G Method 514.6 with shock to Method 516.6 as an option, mounts on VESA and carries CE and FCC marks. We supply it configured, with the operating system installed, and tested before dispatch.
