Winmate R10IAN3S-GST2 10.4″ Full IP65 Rugged Panel PC with Quad-Core Intel N150 and MIL-STD-810G

Machine-side HMIs can take spray from behind as well as in front, so a front-only seal is not always enough. The R10IAN3S-GST2 is Winmate’s 10.4″ G-WIN GS panel PC for machine control, factory automation and operator HMI, sealed to IP65 all round with M12 waterproof connectors and an edge-to-edge PCAP front in a fanless aluminium housing.

Inside is an Intel Processor N150, a low-power quad-core processor at up to 3.6 GHz that suits HMI runtimes and browser-based dashboards without a fan. Memory is 8 GB as standard with a 16 GB option, storage is a 128 GB SSD with options up to 2 TB, and TPM 2.0 is on board. Windows 11 IoT Enterprise, Windows 11 Pro or Linux Ubuntu 24.04 can be installed, and Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are optional. The 10.4 inch panel shows 1024 x 768 at 1,000 nits with 1000:1 contrast under projected capacitive multi-touch.

The I/O is lean and fully sealed: one Gigabit LAN port on an Intel controller, one USB 2.0 port and one RS-232/422/485 port, each on an M12 connector, with M12 power, serial and USB/LAN cables supplied. The R12IAN3S-GSM2(HB) is the 12.1 inch GS model with the same processor, and the R10L100-GST2 is the 10.4 inch IP65 touch monitor with M12 connectors for machines that already have a computer.

Power is 9 to 36 V DC on an M12 connector. The R10IAN3S-GST2 operates from -15 °C to 55 °C at up to 95% humidity, is compliant with MIL-STD-810F/G for shock and vibration, and mounts on VESA as standard or in a panel with the optional front IP65 panel mount. It carries CE and FCC marks. We supply it configured, with the operating system installed, and tested before dispatch.
