Winmate R10IE3S-OFP1 10.4″ Open Frame Panel PC with Intel Celeron N6211 and Resistive Touch

OEMs building their own enclosure, kiosk or machine fascia often want the screen and computer as one module, with no bezel of its own to design around. The R10IE3S-OFP1 is Winmate’s 10.4 inch open frame panel PC: a 10.4″ SVGA display and an Intel Celeron N6211 computer in a metal open frame that mounts behind your own front panel.

The Intel Celeron N6211 (Elkhart Lake) runs at up to 3.0 GHz, which suits HMI software, data entry and machine status screens. One DDR4 SO-DIMM socket is fitted with 4 GB, with 8 or 16 GB as options, and a 128 GB SSD sits on an M.2 2242 B-key slot, with larger SSDs and an optional 2.5″ SATA III bay. The 10.4″ panel is 800 x 600 at 600 nits with 400:1 contrast, with resistive touch or plain protection glass as options. Windows 11 IoT Enterprise, Windows 11 Pro or Linux Ubuntu 22.04 can be supplied.

Two 2.5GbE RJ45 ports on Intel Ethernet controllers can keep the control network apart from the plant network, and two USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A ports take scanners and service drives. One RS-232/422/485 port and one RS-232 port link PLCs and serial instruments, an optional HDMI 2.0 output drives a second screen, and two speakers handle alarms. An M.2 2230 E-key slot takes an optional Wi-Fi module. Within the Winmate range the R10IAN3S-OFP1 is the same 800 x 600 open frame design with an Intel N150, and the R10IE3S-OFT2 pairs the same Celeron N6211 with a 1024 x 768 panel at 500 nits and 1000:1 contrast.

Power is 12 V DC on a DC barrel jack, and it comes with a 100 to 240 V AC adapter and power cord. The fanless metal housing operates from 0 °C to 50 °C at 10 to 90% humidity, non-condensing, which suits indoor cabinets and consoles. The R10IE3S-OFP1 mounts as an open frame by default, with panel or VESA mounting as options. It carries CE and FCC marks. We supply it configured, with the OS installed, and tested before dispatch.
