Winmate R10IT3S-PPT2 10.4″ Panel Mount HMI with Intel Tiger Lake Core i5-1135G7 and PCAP Touch

A small operator panel on a machine door often has one job: show the process clearly and take a gloved tap or a quick swipe without fuss. The R10IT3S-PPT2 is Winmate’s 10.4 inch PP series panel mount HMI for that role, a 10.4″ 1024 x 768 PCAP multi-touch screen at 500 nits with an 11th Gen Intel Core i5-1135G7 behind a flat aluminium bezel.

The Core i5-1135G7 runs at 2.4 GHz with turbo up to 4.2 GHz and Intel Iris Xe graphics, with 4 GB of DDR4 as standard and 8, 16 or 32 GB as options, which typically gives the R10IT3S-PPT2 headroom for HMI software, a SCADA client or a browser-based dashboard. A 128 GB NVMe SSD sits in an M.2 2280 M-key slot, with options up to 4 TB, and an optional SATA III bay takes a 2.5″ drive up to 2 TB. TPM 2.0 is on board, and Windows 11 IoT Enterprise, Windows 11 Pro or Linux Ubuntu 22.04 can be supplied.

Connections include two 2.5GbE ports on Intel Ethernet controllers, two USB 3.2 Gen 2×1 Type-A ports, one RS-232/422/485 port (RS-232 by default) and one RS-232 port for PLCs, scanners and serial instruments, and two speakers. HDMI 2.0 is optional for a second screen, and an M.2 2230 E-key slot takes optional Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. Within the Winmate range the R10IAD3S-PPT2 keeps this PP housing with a 12th Gen Intel Core i5, and the R10IAN3S-PPT2 uses a quad-core Intel N150 for lighter HMI duty.

Power is 12 V DC on a barrel jack, with a 100 to 240 V AC adapter rated at 120 W and a power cord supplied. The fanless metal housing runs from 0 to 50 °C at 10 to 90% humidity, non-condensing, and it is rated IP65 at the front, so the rear belongs inside a cabinet or enclosure. Panel mounting with clips is standard and VESA mounting is optional, with screws for both in the box. It carries CE and FCC marks. We supply the R10IT3S-PPT2 configured, with the OS installed, and tested before dispatch.
