Winmate R10L600-IPP1HB 10.4″ Front IP65 Monitor with 1000 Nit SVGA Display and Resistive Touch

Small displays on outdoor equipment, fuel and wash systems and machines near open doors have to stay readable in sunlight and cope with spray at the front. The R10L600-IPP1HB is Winmate’s 10.4 inch industrial monitor for that job: an SVGA panel, with front IP65 protection against dust and low-pressure water jets in a fanless metal housing with an aluminium bezel. It connects to a separate industrial computer or controller and fits into cabinets, racks and fixtures.

The 10.4″ 800 x 600 panel runs at 1000 nits, so it stays readable in sunlight, with 400:1 contrast and 140 degree horizontal and 130 degree vertical viewing angles. The 4:3 format matches many existing HMI and SCADA screen layouts. Resistive touch is fitted as standard, and it works with gloved fingers or a stylus. SAW touch or a plain protection glass without touch can be specified instead.

Video comes in over VGA as standard, with HDMI or DVI inputs as options. Touch connects over a single USB port. Set-up is through a five-key OSD. An audio line-in and two speakers are optional, as is a remote controller. The R10L600-IPP1 is the 600 nit version for indoor machines, and the R10L100-PPP1HB is a 10.4 inch 1000 nit panel mount monitor with projected capacitive touch instead of resistive.

The 10.4 inch monitor is rated IP65 at the front and mounts into a panel cut-out or on VESA. It runs from 12 V DC, with a 24 V DC input as an option, and a 100 to 240 V AC adapter, power cord and VGA and HDMI cables are supplied. It operates from 0 °C to 50 °C at 10 to 90% humidity, non-condensing, and stores from -10 °C to 60 °C, and it carries CE and FCC marks.
