Winmate R10L600-IPP1 10.4″ Front IP65 Monitor with Resistive Touch and SVGA LCD

A compact operator display on a packaging machine or test rig has to accept gloved touches and keep washdown spray out at the front. The R10L600-IPP1 is Winmate’s 10.4 inch industrial monitor for that job: an SVGA panel, with front IP65 protection against dust and low-pressure water jets in a fanless metal housing. It connects to a separate industrial computer or controller and fits into cabinets, racks and fixtures.

The 10.4″ 800 x 600 panel runs at 600 nits with 400:1 contrast and 140 degree horizontal and 130 degree vertical viewing angles, which suits indoor control panels and machine fronts. The 4:3 format matches many existing HMI and SCADA screen layouts. Resistive touch is fitted as standard, and it works with gloved fingers or a stylus. SAW touch or a plain protection glass without touch can be specified instead.

Video comes in over VGA as standard, with HDMI or DVI inputs as options. Touch connects over a single USB port. Set-up is through a five-key OSD. An audio line-in and two speakers are optional, as is a remote controller. The R10L600-IPP1HB is the 1000 nit version of this monitor, and the R10L600-IPP1TR is the transflective version at 700 nits.

The 10.4 inch monitor is rated IP65 at the front and mounts into a panel cut-out or on VESA. It runs from 12 V DC, with a 24 V DC input as an option, and a 100 to 240 V AC adapter, power cord and VGA and HDMI cables are supplied. It operates from 0 °C to 50 °C at 10 to 90% humidity, non-condensing, and stores from -10 °C to 60 °C, and it carries CE and FCC marks.
