Winmate R10L600-IPP1TR 10.4″ Front IP65 Monitor with Transflective LCD and Resistive Touch

Small displays on equipment that sits by a window, a loading door or outdoors catch daylight on the screen for much of the day. The R10L600-IPP1TR is Winmate’s 10.4 inch transflective industrial monitor for that job: an SVGA panel, with front IP65 protection against dust and low-pressure water jets in a fanless design. It connects to a separate industrial computer or controller and fits into cabinets, racks and fixtures.

The 10.4″ 800 x 600 transflective panel runs at 700 nits with 400:1 contrast and 140 degree horizontal and 130 degree vertical viewing angles, and a transflective panel uses ambient light as well as its backlight, which helps where daylight reaches the screen. The 4:3 format matches many existing HMI and SCADA screen layouts. Resistive touch is fitted as standard, and it works with gloved fingers or a stylus. SAW touch or a plain protection glass without touch can be specified instead.

Video comes in over VGA as standard, with HDMI or DVI inputs as options. Touch connects over a single USB port. Set-up is through a five-key OSD. An audio line-in and two speakers are optional, as is a remote controller. The R10L600-IPP1 is the standard transmissive version at 600 nits, and the R10L600-OFP1TR is the 10.4 inch open frame transflective monitor for builders who fit their own bezel.

The 10.4 inch monitor is rated IP65 at the front and is listed for panel and VESA mounting. It runs from 12 V DC, with a 24 V DC input as an option, and a 100 to 240 V AC adapter, power cord and VGA and HDMI cables are supplied. It operates from 0 °C to 50 °C at 10 to 90% humidity, non-condensing, and stores from -10 °C to 60 °C, and it carries CE and FCC marks.
