Winmate R12IAN3S-PMM2 12.1″ Panel Mount PC with Intel Twin Lake N150 and Resistive Touch

Control panels in clean, dry rooms still need a flush-fitting, fanless computer, even where a sealed front adds nothing. The R12IAN3S-PMM2 is Winmate’s 12.1 inch panel mount PC for those installations, with a quad-core Intel N150, a 12.1″ 1024 x 768 display at 500 nits with 1000:1 contrast, and resistive touch or plain protection glass as options. Winmate lists machine control, factory automation and operator HMI as its targets.

The R12IAN3S-PMM2 runs an Intel Processor N150: four cores at up to 3.6 GHz, 6 MB cache and Intel Graphics, in a fanless design that suits always-on operator stations. Memory is one DDR5-4800 SO-DIMM with 8 GB fitted or 16 GB as an option, and a 128 GB SSD is standard with options to 2 TB. TPM 2.0 is fitted, and Windows 11 IoT Enterprise, Windows 11 Pro or Linux Ubuntu 24.04 can be installed.

On the I/O side there are two 2.5GbE LAN ports, two USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A ports, a USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C port with DisplayPort Alt Mode for a second screen, one RS-232/422/485 and one RS-232 port on DB9, and two speakers. HDMI 2.0b and an M.2 Wi-Fi module are optional. The R12IT3S-PMM2 is the earlier panel mount model with an 11th Gen Intel Core i5-1135G7, and the R12IAD3S-PMM2 moves the same design to a 12th Gen Intel Core i5-1235U.

As a plain panel mount design it suits dry control panels and indoor machine enclosures. It panel mounts with the supplied clips, or on VESA as an option. A 100 to 240 V AC adapter is supplied for the 12 V DC input. The fanless metal housing runs from 0 °C to 50 °C at 10 to 90% humidity, non-condensing, with CE and FCC marks. We supply the R12IAN3S-PMM2 configured, with the OS installed, and tested before dispatch.
