Winmate R15IAD3S-67C3-P(HB) 15″ Full IP67 Panel PC with 12th Gen Intel Core i5 and MIL-STD-810G

Outdoor machinery, manufacturing lines and vehicle-mounted panels can be rained on, sprayed and covered in dust, so a seal at the front alone often falls short. The R15IAD3S-67C3-P(HB) is Winmate’s 15 inch G-WIN panel PC for those installs: a fanless die-cast aluminium housing with anti-corrosion treatment, sealed to full IP67, around a 12th Gen Intel Core i5-1235U.

The 15″ 1024 x 768 screen is rated at 1000 nits with 2000:1 contrast, under projected capacitive multi-touch optically bonded to the panel for clarity. A built-in ambient light sensor and a menu key adjust brightness automatically or by hand, with a day and night mode button. The Core i5-1235U is a 10-core, 12-thread Alder Lake processor at up to 4.4 GHz with a 15 W TDP and Intel Iris Xe graphics, typically enough for HMI and SCADA clients alongside line data software. One DDR5 SO-DIMM holds 8 GB as standard with options to 32 GB, and storage is a 128 GB SSD with options to 4 TB. TPM 2.0 is on board, and Windows 11 IoT Enterprise, Windows 11 Pro or Linux Ubuntu 22.04 can be installed.

Connections are sealed: an isolated 9 to 36 V DC input, two USB 2.0 ports on one M12 connector and one RS-232 port on M12 connectors, plus a waterproof Gigabit LAN RJ45 connector, with waterproof cables and caps supplied. Ignition on/off delay, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and an AC adapter are optional. The R15MG3S-67C3-P(HB) is the same 15 inch full IP67 design with a six-core MediaTek Genio 510 Arm processor, and the R19IAD3S-67FTP(HB) is the 19 inch full IP67 model with the same Core i5-1235U.

The R15IAD3S-67C3-P(HB) operates from -10 °C to 55 °C, or from -40 °C to 55 °C with the intelligent heater, and stores from -30 °C to 70 °C. It is tested to MIL-STD-810G Method 516.6 Procedure I for shock and Method 514.6 Procedure I for vibration, and carries CE and FCC marks. It mounts on VESA. We supply it configured, with the OS installed, and tested before dispatch.
