Winmate R15MG3S-67C3-P(HB) 15″ Full IP67 Panel PC with 6-Core MediaTek Genio 510 and MIL-STD-810G

Outdoor equipment, wash bays and exposed process areas need an HMI that can be fully hosed or rained on, with nothing left unsealed at the back. The R15MG3S-67C3-P(HB) is Winmate’s 15 inch G-WIN panel PC for those sites: a fanless aluminium die-cast housing with anti-corrosion treatment, sealed to full IP67, around a 15″ 1024 x 768 display at 1000 nits with 2000:1 contrast and 176 degree viewing angles.

Projected capacitive multi-touch is optically bonded to the panel for clarity, with an optically bonded true flat 5-wire resistive screen or anti-reflective protection glass as options. A built-in ambient light sensor and a day/night mode button help keep the screen readable as conditions change. Processing comes from a MediaTek Genio 510, a six-core Arm processor with two Cortex-A78 and four Cortex-A55 cores at 2.0 GHz, with 4 GB of LPDDR4, 32 GB of onboard storage and a Micro SD slot. Android 13 is the default operating system, with Yocto Linux (kernel 5.15.47 with Qt 5.15) or Ubuntu 22.04 as options. The low power draw lets the housing stay fanless and fully sealed.

Every connection is waterproof: 9 to 36 V DC power with isolation, two USB 2.0 ports and one RS-232 port on M12 connectors, and a waterproof Gigabit LAN RJ45 connector. Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are optional. Waterproof cables and caps are supplied. The R15IAD3S-67C3-P(HB) takes the same full IP67 housing with a 12th Gen Intel Core i5 for x86 software, and the R15MG3S-GSC3(HB) is a 15 inch full IP65 model with M12 connectors and a flat edge-to-edge front.

The unit operates from -10 °C to 55 °C, or -40 °C to 55 °C with the intelligent heater, stores from -30 °C to 70 °C and is tested to MIL-STD-810G Method 516.6 for shock and Method 514.6 for vibration. Ignition on/off delay is optional. It mounts on VESA and carries CE and FCC marks. We supply the R15MG3S-67C3-P(HB) configured, with the OS installed, and tested before dispatch.
