Winmate R15IAD3S-PPC3 15″ Panel Mount HMI with Intel Core i5-1235U and PCAP Touch

An HMI on a cabinet door in a wash area or a dusty workshop takes spray and cleaning every shift, and operators now expect a phone-style touchscreen. The R15IAD3S-PPC3 is Winmate’s 15 inch PP series HMI: a fanless panel mount computer with PCAP multi-touch, a front IP65 rating and a 15″ 1024 x 768 display at 300 nits with 2000:1 contrast. Winmate aims the PP series at industrial control, room scheduling and interactive displays.

A 12th Gen Intel Core i5-1235U at up to 4.4 GHz with Intel Iris Xe graphics handles HMI runtimes, SCADA clients and browser dashboards with headroom. One DDR5-4800 SO-DIMM holds 8 GB as standard, with 16 GB or 32 GB as options. Storage is a 128 GB NVMe SSD in an M.2 2280 M-key slot with options to 4 TB, plus an optional 2.5″ SATA III drive. TPM 2.0 is on board, with Windows 11 IoT Enterprise, Windows 11 Pro or Linux Ubuntu 22.04.

Two 2.5GbE ports on Intel controllers, two USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A ports and two serial ports on DB9 (one RS-232/422/485, one RS-232) cover PLCs, scanners and plant networks, with an optional HDMI 2.0 output. An M.2 2230 E-key slot takes optional Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, and a brightness knob and two speakers are fitted. The R15IT7T-PPC3 is the earlier 15 inch PP series model with an 11th Gen Intel Core i5-1135G7, and the R15IAD3S-GCC3(HB) is the 15 inch G-WIN model with a true-flat front and MIL-STD-810G ratings.

Power is 12 V DC on a DC jack, and a 100 to 240 V AC adapter rated 120 W is supplied with mounting clips and VESA screws. It panel mounts as standard, or on VESA as an option, and the fanless metal housing runs from 0 °C to 50 °C with CE and FCC marks. We supply the R15IAD3S-PPC3 configured, with the OS installed, and tested before dispatch.
