Winmate R15IAD3S-GCC3(HB) 15″ G-WIN Front IP65 Panel PC with Intel Core i5-1235U and MIL-STD-810G

A 15 inch HMI that is wiped down several times a shift is easier to keep clean when the glass runs edge to edge with no raised bezel. The R15IAD3S-GCC3(HB) is Winmate’s 15 inch G-WIN panel PC, with a true-flat face rated IP65 at the front, PCAP multi-touch and a 15″ 1024 x 768 display at 300 nits with 2000:1 contrast, or a 1000 nit panel as an option for brighter areas. Winmate aims the range at industrial automation, kiosks and control systems.

A 12th Gen Intel Core i5-1235U at up to 4.4 GHz with Intel Iris Xe graphics gives headroom for heavier HMI software and multi-window dashboards. Memory starts at 8 GB on a DDR5 SO-DIMM, with 16 GB or 32 GB as options, and storage runs from a 128 GB SSD to 4 TB, plus an optional 2.5″ SATA III drive of up to 2 TB. TPM 2.0 is on board, with Windows 11 IoT Enterprise, Windows 11 Pro or Linux Ubuntu 22.04.

I/O covers two 2.5GbE RJ45 ports on Intel controllers, two USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A ports and one RS-232/422/485 port on DB9, with a second RS-232 port and an HDMI 2.0 output as options, plus two speakers. The R15IAN3S-GCC3(HB) is the same G-WIN design with a quad-core Intel N150 for lighter workloads, and the R15IAD3S-IPC3 is a 15 inch front IP65 panel PC with resistive touch and a 12th Gen Intel Core i5.

Winmate lists shock to MIL-STD-810G Method 516.6 Procedure I and vibration to Method 514.6 Procedure I, which is useful near vibrating machinery. Power is 12 V DC as standard, with 9 to 36 V DC input as an option, and an AC adapter is supplied. The fanless aluminium housing panel mounts or fits a VESA mount, and runs from 0 °C to 50 °C at 10 to 90% humidity, non-condensing, with CE and FCC marks. We supply the R15IAD3S-GCC3(HB) configured, with the OS installed, and tested before dispatch.
