Winmate R15IAN3S-GCC3(HB) 15″ G-WIN Front IP65 Panel PC with Quad-Core Intel N150 and MIL-STD-810G

The 15 inch 4:3 screen is still the size many machine builders design their HMI pages around, and replacing an older unit is easier when the new one keeps that format. The R15IAN3S-GCC3(HB) is Winmate’s 15″ G-WIN GC panel PC for machine control, factory automation and operator HMI, with an Intel Processor N150 behind an edge-to-edge PCAP display with a front IP65 rating, in a fanless aluminium housing.

The N150 is a low-power quad-core processor running at up to 3.6 GHz, a good fit for HMI runtimes and browser-based dashboards. Memory is 8 GB as standard with a 16 GB option, and storage is a 128 GB SSD with options up to 2 TB. TPM 2.0 is on board, and Windows 11 IoT Enterprise, Windows 11 Pro or Linux Ubuntu 24.04 can be installed. The 15 inch display shows 1024 x 768 at 300 nits with 2000:1 contrast and 176 degree viewing angles, with a 1,000 nit panel and an anti-glare coating as options.

Connections are two 2.5GbE ports on Intel controllers, two USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A ports, one USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C port with DP Alt mode up to 4096 x 2160 at 60 Hz, an optional HDMI 2.0b output and one RS-232/422/485 port, plus two speakers. Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are optional. The R15IAD3S-GCC3(HB) is the same 15 inch GC design with a 12th Gen Core i5-1235U, and the R15IAN3S-GSC3(HB) is the fully sealed IP65 GS model with M12 connectors and the same processor.

Power is 12 V DC as standard, with a 9 to 36 V DC input as an option, and an AC adapter is supplied. The R15IAN3S-GCC3(HB) runs from 0 °C to 50 °C, is tested to MIL-STD-810G Method 516.6 for shock and Method 514.6 for vibration, mounts on VESA and carries CE and FCC marks. We supply it configured, with the operating system installed, and tested before dispatch.
