Winmate R15IAD3S-SPC3-R 15″ Stainless Steel Panel PC with Intel Alder Lake Core i5-1235U and M12 Connectors

Round corners and a true flat front leave fewer places for residue to collect, which helps on food, beverage and chemical lines that are cleaned every shift. The R15IAD3S-SPC3-R is Winmate’s 15 inch R series stainless steel panel PC: a fanless SUS 316 / AISI 316 housing with a round-corner design, sealed to IP65, around a 12th Gen Intel Core i5-1235U.

The Core i5-1235U is a 10-core, 12-thread Alder Lake processor at up to 4.4 GHz with a 15 W TDP and Intel Iris Xe graphics, typically enough for HMI and SCADA clients alongside line data software. One DDR5 SO-DIMM holds 8 GB as standard with options to 32 GB, and storage is a 256 GB M.2 2280 NVMe SSD with options to 2 TB, plus an optional SATA III bay for a 2.5″ drive up to 2 TB. TPM 2.0 is on board, and Windows 11 IoT Enterprise, Windows 11 Pro or Linux Ubuntu 22.04 can be installed. The 15″ 1024 x 768 screen gives 300 nits and 2000:1 contrast under projected capacitive multi-touch with glove and rain modes, with optical bonding as an option.

Every connection is sealed: 12 V DC power, two USB 2.0 ports on one M12 connector and one RS-232 port on M12, plus a waterproof Gigabit LAN RJ45 connector. A junction box comes with the unit, together with an AC adapter with a waterproof connector, external USB, COM and LAN cables and waterproof caps. Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are optional. The R15IAD3S-SPC3 is the same 15 inch IP65 316 stainless PC without the junction box and with a 128 GB SSD as standard, and the R15IAD3S-65C3 is the full IP65 model with optional resistive touch.

The R15IAD3S-SPC3-R runs fanless from 0 °C to 45 °C at 10 to 90% humidity, non-condensing, and stores from -20 °C to 60 °C. It mounts on VESA as standard, with a yoke or arm mount as options, and carries CE and FCC marks. We supply it configured, with the OS installed, and tested before dispatch.
