Winmate R15IE3S-PTC3 15″ PCAP Touch Panel PC with Intel Celeron N6211 and XGA Display

In process control rooms and smart factory cells a touch panel gets wiped down often, and dirt collects wherever a bezel meets the glass. The R15IE3S-PTC3 is Winmate’s 15 inch PT Series HMI panel PC for those stations, with a true flat, edge-to-edge front for easy cleaning, an Intel Celeron N6211 and a 15″ 1024 x 768 projected capacitive multi-touch display at 300 nits with 2000:1 contrast.

The Celeron N6211 runs at up to 3.0 GHz, with a Celeron N6210 as an option, and one DDR4-3200 SO-DIMM takes 4 GB as standard or 8 or 16 GB as options, which typically suits HMI software or a process visualisation client. Storage is a 128 GB M.2 2242 B-key SSD as standard, with options up to 512 GB, plus an optional 2.5″ SATA III drive up to 1 TB. TPM 2.0 is on board, with Windows 11 IoT Enterprise, Windows 11 Pro or Linux Ubuntu 22.04, and Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are optional.

Connections include two Gigabit LAN ports on Intel controllers, two USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A ports and one RS-232/422/485 port, set to RS-232 by default, for PLCs and serial instruments. HDMI 2.0 and two speakers are optional. An anti-glare coating is optional too. Within the Winmate range the R15IE3S-PTC3-POE is the PoE powered version of this housing, and the R15L100-PTC3 is the touch monitor version for sites that already have a computer.

Power is 12 V DC, with a 12 V 50 W AC adapter supplied. The fanless plastic housing has a front IP65 rating and runs from 0 to 50 °C in non-condensing humidity. VESA mounting suits arms, stands and wall brackets, and it carries CE and FCC marks. We supply the R15IE3S-PTC3 configured, with the OS installed, and tested before dispatch.
