Winmate R15IE3S-SPC3 15″ Flat Front IP65 316 Stainless Panel PC with Intel Celeron N6211 and PCAP Touch

On a food or chemical line, every bezel edge and gap is a place for residue to collect, and operators often work in gloves with wet hands. The R15IE3S-SPC3 is Winmate’s 15 inch IP65 stainless steel panel PC: a fanless Intel Celeron N6211 computer behind a true flat, edge-to-edge PCAP touch front in an SUS 316 housing.

The Intel Celeron N6211 is an Elkhart Lake processor running at up to 3.0 GHz, with the Celeron N6210 as an option. One DDR4-3200 SO-DIMM socket takes 4 GB as standard and 8 GB or 16 GB as options, and storage is a 128 GB M.2 2242 SSD (up to 512 GB) with a 2.5 inch SATA bay available. TPM 2.0 is on board, and Windows 11 IoT Enterprise, Windows 10 IoT Enterprise or Ubuntu 22.04 can be supplied. The 15 inch 1024 x 768 panel runs at 300 nits with 2000:1 contrast and 176° viewing angles. Projected capacitive multi-touch supports glove and rain modes, and optical bonding is an option.

Every connection is sealed: one Gigabit Ethernet port on a waterproof RJ45 connector, two USB 2.0 ports on one M12 connector and an RS-232 port on M12, with matching waterproof cables and caps supplied. Optional Wi-Fi and Bluetooth use antennas under sealed covers on the top edge. The R15IE3S-SPC369 is the IP69K version of this flat-front model, and the R15IE3S-SPC3-B adds an emergency stop and front buttons.

Power is 12 V DC on an M12 connector, with a 100 to 240 V AC adapter with waterproof connector supplied. The R15IE3S-SPC3 is fanless, operates from 0 °C to 45 °C at 10 to 90% humidity and carries CE and FCC marks. It measures 378 x 301 x 56.4 mm, weighs 6.3 kg and mounts on 100 x 100 mm VESA or a yoke.
