Winmate R15IK3S-67C3(HB) 15″ Full IP67 Rugged Panel PC with Intel Core i5-7300U and M12 I/O

Some panels are not just splashed at the front: they sit fully exposed to rain, spray and dust, so every seam and connector has to be sealed. The R15IK3S-67C3(HB) is Winmate’s 15 inch G-WIN panel PC for those installs, with an Intel Core i5-7300U in an aluminium die-cast housing with anti-corrosion treatments, sealed to IP67 as a whole unit.

The display is a 300 nit 1024 x 768 panel with 2000:1 contrast and 176 degree viewing angles, with a high-brightness sunlight-readable 1000 nit panel as an option. Resistive touch is bonded with the panel, or anti-reflective protection glass without touch is available. A built-in ambient light sensor drives auto dimming, and front buttons handle day/night mode, brightness and key locking. The Intel Core i5-7300U runs at up to 3.5 GHz with one DDR4-2133 SO-DIMM socket, 4 GB as standard with 8 GB or 16 GB as options, and a 128 GB M.2 2242 SSD with 256 GB or 512 GB as options. TPM 2.0 is on board, and Windows 10 IoT Enterprise or Linux Ubuntu 20.04 can be supplied.

All connections are sealed: power, two USB 2.0 ports and one RS-232 port on M12 waterproof connectors, and one waterproof Gigabit LAN RJ45 connector, with waterproof external cables and caps supplied. Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are optional. The R15IK3S-VMC3(HB) is the 15 inch vehicle mount model with a front IP65 rating and standard I/O.

Power is 9 to 36 V DC with isolation on an M12 connector, with 6 to 60 V DC input and ignition on/off delay as options. The fanless unit operates from -10 °C to 55 °C, or -40 °C to 70 °C with the intelligent heater, and is tested to MIL-STD-810G Method 516.6 for shock and Method 514.6 for vibration. It measures 398 x 308 x 58 mm, weighs 4.2 kg and mounts on 100 x 100 mm VESA or an optional yoke stand. It carries CE and FCC marks.
