Winmate R15IT3S-67C3(HB) 15″ Full IP67 Panel PC with Intel Core i5-1135G7 and MIL-STD-810G

Outdoor and vehicle-mounted screens often have to work with gloves, in rain and in direct sun, and a resistive touch layer responds to a gloved finger or stylus. The R15IT3S-67C3(HB) is Winmate’s 15″ full IP67 panel PC for outdoor, manufacturing and vehicle-mounted applications, with an 11th Gen Intel Core i5-1135G7 behind a 1,000 nit display in a die-cast aluminium housing with anti-corrosion treatment.

The Core i5-1135G7 runs at 2.4 GHz with turbo up to 4.2 GHz and Intel Iris Xe graphics. Memory is 4 GB as standard with options up to 32 GB, and storage starts at a 128 GB SSD with options up to 4 TB. TPM 2.0 is on board, and Windows 11 IoT Enterprise, Windows 11 Pro or Linux Ubuntu 22.04 can be installed. The 15 inch panel shows 1024 x 768 at 1,000 nits with 2000:1 contrast, with 5-wire resistive touch bonded to the panel, protection glass without touch as an option and a built-in ambient light sensor.

Every connection is sealed: one Gigabit LAN port on a waterproof RJ45 connector with an Intel controller, one M12 connector carrying two USB 2.0 ports and one M12 connector for RS-232, with waterproof power, USB, serial and LAN cables supplied. The R15IAD3S-67C3-P(HB) is the 15 inch IP67 model with a 12th Gen Core i5-1235U and PCAP touch, and the R15L100-67C3(HB) is the matching IP67 monitor for sites that already have a computer.

Power is 9 to 36 V DC on an M12 waterproof connector, with optional ignition on/off delay and an optional 120 W AC adapter. The R15IT3S-67C3(HB) runs fanless from -10 °C to 55 °C, or from -40 °C to 55 °C with the optional intelligent heater, is tested to MIL-STD-810G Method 516.6 for shock and Method 514.6 for vibration, and mounts on VESA or an optional yoke. It carries CE and FCC marks. We supply it configured, with the operating system installed, and tested before dispatch.
