Winmate R15IP7T-IPA3WT 15″ Front IP65 Panel PC with Intel Pentium N4200 and Wide Temperature

Operator screens in unheated buildings and loading bays need a front that wipes clean and electronics that cope with cold mornings. The R15IP7T-IPA3WT is Winmate’s 15 inch wide temperature front IP65 panel PC: a 15″ XGA display and an Intel Pentium N4200 computer in a metal housing that fits a cabinet door or console cut-out.

The Intel Pentium N4200 (Apollo Lake) runs at 1.1 GHz with bursts to 2.5 GHz, a good fit for HMI software, line status displays and data entry. Two DDR3L SO-DIMM sockets run dual-channel up to 16 GB, and a 128 GB SSD sits on an M.2 2242 B-key slot, with two optional 2.5″ SATA III bays that support RAID. The 15″ panel is 1024 x 768 at 500 nits with 2500:1 contrast, with resistive touch or protection glass as options. Windows or Linux Ubuntu 20.04 can be supplied.

Two Gigabit Ethernet ports on Intel controllers, four USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A ports and one RS-232/422/485 plus one RS-232 port cover PLCs, scanners and serial instruments. DisplayPort 1.2 is standard for a second screen, with HDMI 1.4 or VGA as options, alongside mic-in, line-out and two speakers. A PCIe 2.0 x1 slot takes a fieldbus or I/O card, and an M.2 E-key slot takes optional Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. Within the Winmate range the R15IT7T-IPA3WT is the wide temperature front IP65 build with an Intel Core i5-1135G7, and the R15IP7T-IPC3 is the standard temperature version with a 300 nit panel.

Power is 12 V DC on a four-pin DIN connector, and it comes with a 50 W AC adapter and power cord. The fanless metal housing operates from -20 °C to 60 °C, with storage from -30 °C to 70 °C and 30 to 90% humidity, non-condensing. The R15IP7T-IPA3WT is rated IP65 at the front and fits a panel cut-out with the supplied clips, with VESA optional. It carries CE and FCC marks. We supply it configured, with the OS installed, and tested before dispatch.
