Winmate R15IT7T-IPA3WT 15″ Front IP65 Panel PC with Intel Tiger Lake Core i5-1135G7 and Wide Temperature

Panels fitted near doors, in cold stores or beside hot processes need a wider operating range than an office-grade unit gives. The R15IT7T-IPA3WT is Winmate’s 15 inch wide-temperature front IP65 panel PC for machine fronts that are cleaned or splashed, with an 11th Gen Intel Core i5-1135G7 and a 15″ 1024 x 768 display at 500 nits with 2500:1 contrast, in a fanless metal housing rated from -20 °C to 60 °C. Resistive touch or plain protection glass are options.

The 11th Gen Intel Core i5-1135G7 has four cores and eight threads at up to 4.2 GHz with Iris Xe graphics, for HMI software and SCADA clients without a fan. Two non-ECC DDR4-3200 SO-DIMM sockets take up to 64 GB, and a 128 GB NVMe SSD on an M.2 2280 M-key slot can grow to 4 TB, plus an optional 2.5″ SATA III drive. TPM 2.0 is on board, with Windows 11 IoT Enterprise, Windows 11 Pro or Linux Ubuntu 22.04.

One Gigabit and one 2.5GbE port on Intel controllers, four USB 3.2 Gen 2×1 Type-A ports and two DB9 serial ports (one RS-232/422/485, one RS-232) cover networks, peripherals and PLCs. DisplayPort 1.4 is standard with HDMI 2.0 optional, plus mic-in and line-out. A PCIe 4.0 x16 slot with x4 signalling takes a card, and optional Wi-Fi fits an M.2 E-key slot. Within the Winmate range the R15IP7T-IPA3WT is the wide-temperature front IP65 model with an Intel Pentium N4200, and the R15IT7T-IPC3 is the standard-temperature front IP65 version with a 300 nit screen.

The front is rated IP65 against dust and low-pressure water jets. Power is 12 V DC on a DIN 4-pin connector, with a 120 W AC adapter supplied. It runs from -20 °C to 60 °C and stores from -30 °C to 70 °C at 30 to 90% humidity, non-condensing. It panel mounts with the supplied clips, with VESA mounting as an option. It carries CE and FCC marks. We supply the R15IT7T-IPA3WT configured, with the OS installed, and tested before dispatch.
