Winmate R15IT7T-CHA3WT 15″ Wide Temperature Chassis Panel PC with Intel Core i5-1135G7 and 500 Nit XGA

A panel PC in an unheated plant room or beside a hot machine has to start and run well outside office temperatures. The R15IT7T-CHA3WT is Winmate’s 15 inch wide temperature chassis panel PC: a fanless, metal-housed computer with a built-in 4:3 display, rated to operate from -20 to 60 °C for a VESA arm or wall bracket.

Inside is an Intel Core i5-1135G7, a Tiger Lake processor running from 2.4 GHz up to 4.2 GHz, with the vPro i5-1145G7E listed as an alternative where remote management matters. Memory starts at one DDR4-3200 SO-DIMM with 4 GB and can grow to 64 GB across two sockets, while storage is an M.2 NVMe SSD from 128 GB up to 2 TB plus an optional 2.5 inch SATA bay. The 1024 x 768 screen is brighter than the standard model at 500 nits, with a 2500:1 contrast ratio and 176° viewing angles. Resistive touch and plain protection glass are both options, and Windows 11 IoT Enterprise, Windows 11 Pro, Windows 10 IoT Enterprise or Ubuntu 22.04 can be supplied as the operating system image.

The rear I/O covers four USB 3.2 Type-A ports, one RS-232/422/485 and one RS-232 port, two Gigabit Ethernet ports on Intel controllers, a DisplayPort 1.4 output with HDMI 2.0 as an option, and mic-in and line-out. An M.2 E-key slot takes a Wi-Fi and Bluetooth module, and a PCIe 4.0 x16 slot (x4 signal) takes an add-in card such as extra serial, fieldbus or capture I/O. The R15IT7T-CHC3 is the same chassis for 0 to 50 °C sites with a 300 nit panel, and the R19IT7T-CHA2WT brings the wide temperature rating to a 19 inch screen.

Power is 12 V DC on a DIN 4-pin connector, with a 100 to 240 V AC adapter rated at 120 W supplied. The R15IT7T-CHA3WT stores from -25 to 65 °C, operates at 30 to 90% humidity non-condensing and carries CE and FCC marks. It measures 360 x 290 x 70 mm, weighs 4.2 kg and mounts on 75 x 75 or 100 x 100 mm VESA.
