FCCR15L100-PTC3-POE Overview
Operators watching a process all shift need a screen big enough to show the whole line, and installers want to avoid pulling a new power circuit to put one there. The R15L100-PTC3-POE is Winmate’s 15 inch PoE chassis monitor, and it takes its power from the network cable that already reaches the workstation.
The 15 inch 4:3 LCD runs at 1024 x 768 with 350 nits brightness, 800:1 contrast and an active area of 304.1 x 228.1 mm, which gives 4:3 HMI and SCADA software more room than the 10.4 and 12.1 inch versions. Projected capacitive multi-touch reports over USB, the front uses strengthened glass, and protection glass and an anti-glare coating are both offered as options.
Power arrives over the LAN port from any PoE switch or injector, as an IEEE 802.3at (25 W) or 802.3af (15 W) powered device, so one network cable replaces a local power supply. Video comes in over VGA as standard, with HDMI and a pair of speakers listed as options, and seven front keys drive the on-screen menu. For a brighter 4:3 panel in a metal chassis, the R12L100-PCM2-POE offers 500 nits at 12.1 inches, and the W15L100-PTA3-POE is the 15.6 inch widescreen version.
The fanless plastic enclosure measures 352.5 x 276.7 x 45 mm and has a front IP65 rating against dust and splashes. It mounts on 75 x 75 or 100 x 100 mm VESA and operates from 0 to 50 °C at 10 to 90% humidity. The monitor carries CE and FCC marks, and Winmate names industrial visualisation, control rooms and equipment monitoring as typical uses.
