FCCR15L100-SDA3 Overview
Camera feeds on SDI rarely end at one screen: the same picture often has to reach a recorder or a second operator. The R15L100-SDA3 is Winmate’s 15 inch SDI chassis monitor, with an SDI input and SDI output, composite and VGA inputs, and bonded PCAP touch on a 500 nit panel.
The 4:3 XGA panel runs at 1024 x 768 with 500 nits, a 2500:1 contrast ratio and 16.7 million colours, and viewing angles of 88 degrees in each direction keep the picture consistent for a second viewer. Projected capacitive multi-touch is bonded to the panel and connects over USB, which suits camera management software with on-screen controls. The active area measures 304.1 x 228.1 mm.
Alongside the SDI in and out, the R15L100-SDA3 takes VGA and two composite (CVBS) inputs, with HDMI as an option, so older analogue cameras and a PC can share the monitor. An eight-key OSD handles source switching, and two speakers are optional. For a rack installation the R15L100-RKA1 offers a 15 inch rack panel with VGA and resistive touch, and the R15L100-SPC3 moves to a sealed IP65 stainless chassis.
The fanless metal chassis measures 350.2 x 274.2 x 35 mm and mounts on 100 x 100 mm VESA. It runs from 12 V DC, with 24 V DC as an option and a 110 to 240 V AC adapter supplied along with VGA, HDMI, SDI and composite cables. It operates from 0 to 50 °C at 10 to 90% RH non-condensing and carries CE and FCC marks.
