FCCR15L100-STC3 Overview
A display set into a machine door has one face in the plant and the rest safe in the cabinet, so only the front needs sealing. The R15L100-STC3 is Winmate’s 15 inch stainless panel mount monitor, with a stainless steel front bezel rated front IP65 and resistive touch on a 1024 x 768 panel.
The 4:3 XGA panel runs at 300 nits with a 2000:1 contrast ratio, 16.2 million colours and 88 degree viewing angles in each direction. Resistive touch responds to gloved fingers and styluses, which suits operators on a production floor, and Winmate offers protection glass without touch for display-only fronts. The active area measures 304.1 x 228.1 mm.
VGA is the standard input, with HDMI or DVI as options, and the touch screen connects over an optional USB type-A port or an optional RS-232 D-sub9 port, which suits controllers with a serial touch driver. Power and status LEDs are fitted. Where the whole housing has to be sealed, the R15L100-SPC3 is a fully IP65 stainless chassis with PCAP touch, and the R17L100-67M1ST goes to IP67 on a 17 inch panel.
The monitor measures 396 x 316 x 56.8 mm and mounts through a panel cut-out or on 75 x 75 mm VESA. It runs from 12 V DC on a 2.5 mm DC jack, with a 100 to 240 V AC adapter supplied, is fanless, operates from 0 to 50 °C at 10 to 90% non-condensing humidity and stores from -20 to 60 °C. It carries CE and FCC marks, and Winmate names industrial visualisation and equipment monitoring as typical uses.
