Winmate R19IE3S-SPM1 19″ IP65 Stainless Steel PCAP Panel PC with Intel Celeron N6211 and Flat Front

In hygienic process areas dirt collects wherever a bezel steps down to the glass, so a flat front that wipes clean in one pass matters. The R19IE3S-SPM1 is Winmate’s 19 inch stainless steel panel PC with a true flat, edge-to-edge PCAP front, a SUS 316 / AISI 316 housing sealed to IP65 and a fanless Intel Celeron N6211, offered as a standalone model.

The display is a 19 inch 1280 x 1024 panel in a 5:4 shape at 250 nits, with a 1000:1 contrast ratio and 170° horizontal and 160° vertical viewing angles. Multi-touch PCAP responds to a light touch, and glove and rain modes keep it usable in wet areas. Optical bonding is an option. The Intel Celeron N6211 runs at up to 3.0 GHz (the N6210 is an option), with one DDR4-3200 SO-DIMM holding 4 GB as standard and 8 GB or 16 GB as options, a 128 GB M.2 2242 SSD that can go to 512 GB and an optional 2.5 inch SATA bay for up to 1 TB. That covers HMI software, recipe screens and data logging, with TPM 2.0 on board and Windows 11 IoT Enterprise, Windows 11 Pro, Windows 10 IoT Enterprise or Ubuntu 22.04 as options.

Every connection is sealed: one Gigabit LAN port on a waterproof RJ45 connector, two USB 2.0 ports on a single M12 connector and one RS-232 port on M12, with waterproof adapter cables and caps supplied. Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are optional, with antenna covers on the top edge. Where the area is pressure-washed, the R19IE3S-SPM169 is the same design sealed to IP69K, and the R19IE3S-SPM1-B adds an emergency stop and control buttons to the front.

Power is 12 V DC on an M12 connector, with an AC adapter supplied. The R19IE3S-SPM1 is fanless, operates from 0 to 45 °C at 10 to 90% humidity and carries CE and FCC marks. It measures 468 x 395 x 57 mm and mounts on 100 x 100 mm VESA or a yoke.
