Winmate R19IE3S-SPM1-B 19″ IP65 Stainless Steel PCAP Panel PC with Emergency Stop and Intel Celeron N6211

A machine HMI usually needs an emergency stop and a few hard buttons next to the screen, and fitting them into a separate stainless box adds seams and wiring. The R19IE3S-SPM1-B builds them in: Winmate’s 19 inch stainless steel panel PC with an emergency stop, three flat buttons and a touch-mode rotary switch on a SUS 316 / AISI 316 front sealed to full IP65, with PCAP touch and a fanless Intel Celeron N6211, as a standalone model.

The 19 inch panel runs at 1280 x 1024 with 250 nits, a 1000:1 contrast ratio and 170° horizontal and 160° vertical viewing angles. The rotary switch sets the PCAP screen for hand, rain or glove use, and optical bonding is an option. The Intel Celeron N6211 is standard, with the N6210 as an option, alongside one DDR4-3200 SO-DIMM holding 4 GB as standard and 8 GB or 16 GB as options, a 128 GB M.2 2242 SSD that can go to 512 GB and an optional 2.5 inch SATA bay for up to 1 TB. That covers HMI software and data logging, with TPM 2.0 on board and Windows 11 IoT Enterprise SAC, Windows 11 Pro, Windows 10 IoT Enterprise or Ubuntu 22.04 as options.

The emergency stop and the blue, red and green flat buttons are wired to two M12 connectors, CN1 and CN2, for your control circuit. Other I/O is one Gigabit LAN port on a waterproof RJ45 connector, two USB 2.0 ports on an M12 connector plus a front waterproof USB 2.0 Type-A port, and one RS-232 port on M12, with waterproof cables supplied. The R19IE3S-SPM1 is the same screen without the buttons, and the W22IE3S-SPA3-B puts them beside a 21.5 inch screen.

Power is 12 V DC on an M12 connector, with 9 to 36 V DC as an option. The R19IE3S-SPM1-B is fanless, operates from 0 to 45 °C at 10 to 90% humidity and carries CE and FCC marks. It measures 516 x 395 x 69 mm and mounts on 100 x 100 mm VESA.
