Winmate W22IE3S-SPA3-B 21.5″ Full HD IP65 Stainless PCAP Panel PC with Emergency Stop and Intel Celeron N6211

Larger machines often need a wide HMI screen and hard controls in one place, and a separate button box on a stainless line is one more thing to seal and clean. The W22IE3S-SPA3-B combines them: Winmate’s 21.5 inch stainless steel panel PC with an emergency stop, three flat buttons and a touch-mode rotary switch beside a full HD PCAP screen, a SUS 316 / AISI 316 enclosure sealed to full IP65 and a fanless Intel Celeron N6211, as a standalone model.

The panel runs at 1920 x 1080 with 250 nits, a 3000:1 contrast ratio and 178° viewing angles both ways. The rotary switch sets the PCAP screen for hand, rain or glove use, and optical bonding is an option. The Intel Celeron N6211 is standard, with the N6210 as an option, alongside one DDR4-3200 SO-DIMM holding 4 GB as standard and 8 GB or 16 GB as options, a 128 GB M.2 2242 SSD that can go to 512 GB and an optional 2.5 inch SATA bay for up to 1 TB. That covers HMI software and data logging, with TPM 2.0 on board and Windows 11 IoT Enterprise SAC, Windows 11 Pro, Windows 10 IoT Enterprise or Ubuntu 22.04 as options.

The emergency stop and the blue, red and green flat buttons are wired to two M12 connectors, CN1 and CN2, for your control circuit. Other I/O is one Gigabit LAN port on a waterproof RJ45 connector, two USB 2.0 ports on an M12 connector plus a front waterproof USB 2.0 Type-A port, and one RS-232 port on M12, with waterproof cables supplied. The W22IE3S-SPA3 is the 21.5 inch PCAP build without buttons, and the R19IE3S-SPM1-B is the 19 inch button version.

Power is 12 V DC on an M12 connector, with 9 to 36 V DC as an option. The W22IE3S-SPA3-B is fanless, operates from 0 to 45 °C at 10 to 90% humidity and carries CE and FCC marks. It measures 595 x 337 x 69 mm and mounts on 200 x 100 mm VESA.
