Winmate R19L300-67M1ST 19″ Stainless Steel Chassis Monitor with Full IP67 Sealing and Bonded Resistive Touch

Where a screen is hosed down along with the machinery around it, a sealed front is not enough, because water reaches the back and the cable entries too. The R19L300-67M1ST is Winmate’s 19 inch stainless steel chassis monitor for full washdown: a 1280 x 1024 SXGA LCD with bonded resistive touch, in a SUS 316 / AISI 316 stainless housing sealed to IP67.

The panel runs at 250 nits with a 1000:1 contrast ratio and 16.7 million colours, across an active area of 376.32 x 301.06 mm, with viewing angles of 170° horizontally and 160° vertically. The resistive touch screen is bonded to the panel and works with the gloves worn in food and pharmaceutical areas. Protection glass without touch is available for display-only use.

Every connection is designed for a wet area. Power arrives on an M12 waterproof connector and VGA on an M12 type connector, with waterproof DVI and HDMI inputs as options. The touch screen connects through an M12 waterproof USB or RS-232 connector, both listed as options. Power and status LEDs and five buttons handle settings. The R19L300-STM1 offers a stainless front IP65 bezel for panel mounting where only the front is cleaned, and the R17L100-67M1ST is a 17 inch IP67 stainless model.

The R19L300-67M1ST runs from 12 V DC and ships with a 100 to 240 V AC to DC adapter with a waterproof connector, a waterproof VGA cable and waterproof caps. It is fanless, operates from 0 °C to 45 °C and 10 to 90% non-condensing humidity, and stores from -20 °C to 60 °C. The chassis measures 457.4 x 369.5 x 62.7 mm, with 100 x 100 mm VESA holes and an optional yoke mount stand. It carries CE and FCC marks. Winmate names the food, beverage and pharmaceutical industries as target applications.
