Winmate R19L300-STM1 19″ Stainless Steel Panel Mount Monitor with Resistive Touch and Front IP65

Food, drink and packaging lines are cleaned down regularly, and a painted or plastic bezel is hard to keep hygienic around a machine control screen. The R19L300-STM1 is Winmate’s 19 inch stainless steel panel mount monitor: a 1280 x 1024 SXGA LCD at 250 nits with resistive touch, set behind a stainless front bezel rated front IP65.

The panel has a 1000:1 contrast ratio and shows 16.7 million colours across an active area of 376.32 x 301.06 mm, with viewing angles of 170° horizontally and 160° vertically. Resistive touch works with the gloves worn on most production lines, and protection glass without touch is available where the screen only displays status.

VGA is the standard video input, with HDMI and DVI available as options. The touch screen connects over USB Type-A or RS-232 D-sub 9, each listed as an option, so it suits both PC and older controller hosts. Power and status LEDs and five buttons handle on-screen settings. The S17L500-STM1 offers the same stainless front at 17 inch, and the R19L300-67M1ST seals the whole 19 inch housing to IP67 in SUS 316 stainless steel.

The R19L300-STM1 runs from 12 V DC on a 2.5 mm DC jack and ships with a 100 to 240 V AC to DC adapter and USB, VGA and HDMI cables. It is fanless, operates from 0 °C to 50 °C and 10 to 90% non-condensing humidity, and stores from -20 °C to 60 °C. The unit measures 474 x 384 x 65 mm and fits a 449 x 359 mm panel cut-out, with 75 x 75 and 100 x 100 mm VESA holes as an alternative. It carries CE and FCC marks. Winmate names food production and hygiene, maritime use, food and beverage safety, and chemical and hygienic packaging as applications.
