Winmate R19L300-MRA1FP 19″ ECDIS Marine Monitor with PCAP Multi-Touch, Narrow Bezel and Front IP66

Chart displays on a ship’s bridge change colour scheme as daylight fades, and the watch officer needs to switch modes and adjust brightness quickly, often in the dark. The R19L300-MRA1FP is Winmate’s 19 inch ECDIS marine monitor: a 1280 x 1024 SXGA LCD at 400 nits with PCAP multi-touch, an edge-to-edge narrow bezel rated IP66 at the front, and capacitive touch keys for ECDIS Day, Dusk and Night modes.

The panel has a 1000:1 contrast ratio and shows 16.7 million colours across an active area of 376.32 x 301.06 mm, with viewing angles of 170° horizontally and 160° vertically. The projected capacitive screen carries an AR film, with AG film or AR glass as options. Colour calibration for ECDIS compliance is available as an option, and mode indicators show which scheme is active.

Video comes in over VGA, DVI-D and HDMI 1.4, and a USB Type-A port carries touch while an RS-232 port handles remote control. The front touch keys cover power, brightness up and down, OSD/Enter and ECDIS/ESC. The R19L300-MRA1 is the resistive touch version with composite and S-Video inputs, and the R15L600-MRA3FP is a 15 inch PCAP ECDIS option.

Power comes from an isolated 24 V DC input, the only input approved by the DNVGL certification, with 9 to 36 V DC acceptable, at 45 W typical. The monitor is fanless, operates from -15 °C to 55 °C at 5 to 95% humidity, and is rated for 15 G shock over 11 ms and 0.7 g vibration to DNVGL-CG-0339 Class A. Winmate states it meets the requirements of IEC 60945 4th edition, DNVGL-CG-0339 and IACS E10. It measures 429 x 382 x 72.8 mm, fits a 408 x 359 mm cut-out and has 100 x 100 mm VESA holes. Winmate names marine bridge systems, bridge navigation, shipboard automation and offshore operations as applications.
