FCCR19MG3S-67FTP(HB) Overview
Process plants, water treatment sites and outdoor machinery need a large HMI that can be rained on and sprayed yet still read clearly. The R19MG3S-67FTP(HB) is Winmate’s 19 inch G-WIN panel PC for those sites: a fanless aluminium die-cast housing with anti-corrosion treatment, sealed to full IP67, around a 19″ 1280 x 1024 display at 1000 nits with 1000:1 contrast and 170 by 160 degree viewing angles.
The sunlight-viewable panel has projected capacitive multi-touch optically bonded to it for clarity, and the rugged front has an anti-impact design. Processing comes from a MediaTek Genio 510, a six-core Arm processor with two Cortex-A78 and four Cortex-A55 cores at 2.0 GHz, with 4 GB of LPDDR4, 32 GB of onboard storage and a Micro SD slot. Android 13 is the default operating system, with Yocto Linux (kernel 5.15.47 with Qt 5.15) or Ubuntu 22.04 as options. The low power draw lets the housing stay fanless and fully sealed.
Every connection is waterproof: 9 to 36 V DC power with isolation, two USB 2.0 ports and one RS-232 port on M12 connectors, and a waterproof Gigabit LAN RJ45 connector, plus a waterproof USB Type-A connector with cover. Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are optional. A button switches touch off for cleaning, the membrane keys can be locked by software and LEDs show status. Waterproof cables, caps and mounting clips are supplied. The R19IT3S-67FTP(HB) is the same 19 inch full IP67 design with an Intel Core i5-1135G7 and a 400 nit panel, and the R19IAD3S-67FTP(HB) takes the same housing with a 12th Gen Intel Core i5.
The unit operates from -10 °C to 55 °C, or -40 °C to 55 °C with the intelligent heater, stores from -30 °C to 70 °C and is tested to MIL-STD-810G Method 516.6 for shock and Method 514.6 for vibration. Ignition on/off delay is optional. It mounts in a panel with the clips supplied, or on VESA as an option and carries CE and FCC marks. We supply the R19MG3S-67FTP(HB) configured, with the OS installed, and tested before dispatch.
